I've actually done it. Twenty years of getting new ideas off the ground - building a company, a charity, multiple programmes, and commissioned services. I know what it takes to get from idea to reality.
I understand both sides of the table. I've been a funder, a commissioner, and a commercial operator. That breadth is useful when you're trying to work out how the people across the table from you are thinking.
A CEO perspective. I've led organisations, managed boards, built commercial functions, and handled the finances. When I'm working with you on one problem I'm always thinking about the bigger picture.
